About Drug Court

The Drug Court Program is a court-supervised, comprehensive outpatient treatment program for adults who have pled guilty to one or more non-violent felony or misdemeanor drug-related offenses and who are having difficulty staying clean and sober.

It is a collaborative effort between the Superior Court, District Attorney's Office, Department of Community Supervision and Community Supervision Officer, Public Defender, Local Law Enforcement Agencies, Department of Family and Children Services, and Substance Abuse Treatment Providers. By working together, they seek to provide you with a variety of programs geared toward supporting and helping you maintain a drug-free life. The Drug Court Program provides consistent supervision and involves frequent court appearances, random drug testing, group counseling, family counseling, and individual counseling.
